How introductions work
Commercial Roofing UK is a free introduction service. We help building owners, landlords, tenants and facilities teams find an independent commercial roofing contractor, and we are open about how that works.
The four steps
Describe the roof
The building postcode, the type of building and roof, what it is doing and how to reach you. Three short steps.
We look for a contractor
An independent commercial roofing contractor who works in your area and takes on roofs of your size and type.
You hear who it is
We email or phone with the firm's name. Your details stay here until you confirm you would like to hear from them.
Survey and written price
They survey the roof and send a specification and price. Whether to go ahead is entirely your decision, and any contract is between you and them.
What we don't do
- We don't carry out roofing work, survey roofs or give quotations ourselves.
- We don't take payment from you.
- Your request stays with us until you agree to one named contractor, and goes to that contractor alone.
- We don't send you marketing.
How we are paid
The contractor you are introduced to pays us a fee. You pay us nothing, at any stage, including when you decide not to proceed.
Our prices and guides
Every cost on these pages is a range we have read from national price guides and roofing firms' own published rates, shown before VAT and reviewed periodically. Treat them as budgeting figures; a roof is only priced properly once a contractor has surveyed it. Notes on regulations are general information, not legal or technical advice for a particular building.

- Nothing goes to them until you say yes.
- If you agree, they arrange a survey and send a written price. No newsletters and no sales calls from us.
